NOTABLE CUSTOMERS

CenTrio Customers in Various Locations

Below is a mixture of new & existing buildings who connected to our district systems in various locations throughout North America.

The Old Post Office-Chicago, IL

This historic Art Deco building in Chicago is now a mixed-use office space and event venue. Originally built in 1921 and expanded in 1932, it was once the largest postal facility in the world. After being vacant for nearly two decades, it was extensively renovated and now houses corporate offices, a food hall, and event spaces.

1550 On the Green-Houston, TX

The design for this unique building comes from the renowned minds of the Bjarke Ingels Group. The result is a 28-story Class A office building that’s a new standard for Houston office space. By connecting to district energy & eliminating the need for an on-site central plant, the building is projected to reduce embodied carbon by nearly 50% compared to a traditional building of similar size.
