ERIC T. MILLER

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at CenTrio, Eric brings 28 years of experience in the energy and utility industry. His distinguished record of executive leadership has built his expertise in capital markets, strategic growth, system innovation, and profit and loss management. Eric is adept at building leadership teams and platforms from deal close to monetization.

Mr. Miller has held numerous executive leadership roles throughout his career. Prior to his promotion to CEO, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CenTrio. He also served in CEO and CFO roles for energy portfolio companies of Oaktree Capital and retail electric provider MP2 Energy. Eric spent a decade at Reliant Energy in financial and risk management roles and started his career in the Audit division of Arthur Andersen. As the leader of CenTrio, Eric emphasizes a company culture that values accountability, mutual respect, safety, growth and innovation, operational excellence, and the consummate delivery of outstanding customer service. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant and earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and his Master of Science in Finance degrees from Texas A&M University. Eric, his wife Christy, and their three boys live in The Woodlands, Texas.

LINDSAY HOBBS

Chief Financial Officer

Lindsay brings more than a decade of accounting and finance leadership experience in the energy sector to his role as Chief Financial Officer. Since joining CenTrio in 2022, he has been instrumental in developing and strengthening accounting and finance best practices across the company’s public-private partnership portfolio, including strategic partnerships with Syracuse University, Louisiana State University, and Eastern Michigan University.

Prior to CenTrio, Lindsay held a leadership role at Golden Pass LNG, where he oversaw commodity and operations accounting for a $10 billion liquefied natural gas development project. Earlier in his career, Lindsay spent nine years with KPMG in Houston, serving some of the firm’s largest publicly traded energy clients. During his tenure, he earned an accelerated promotion to Senior Manager, led multiple engagement teams through Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) inspections, and received KPMG’s prestigious Chairman’s Award for the Houston practice – an honor recognizing exceptional leadership and commitment to the firm’s high-performance culture. Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

ANDERSON LEE

General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer

Anderson Lee joined CenTrio in 2021 and currently serves as General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer. He is an accomplished legal professional with more than 20 years of experience in national and global litigation and contract negotiations for commercial and industrial pursuits, mergers and acquisitions, and public-private partnerships.

Prior to joining CenTrio, Anderson held many senior legal counsel positions with energy and utility companies such as ENGIE North America and Archer – the well company. He led the acquisition of OpTerra Energy Services and was the primary driver of project development and financing for 50-year district energy system concessions with Ohio State University and the University of Iowa. Anderson began his career at Vinson & Elkins. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University and earned his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School. He lives in Bellaire, Texas with his wife and two daughters.

JIM LODGE

Chief Revenue Officer

Jim brings over 40 years of energy industry experience including executive leadership, business development, engineering & construction, strategic planning, client relations, operations, and profit and loss management to his role as CRO. Jim develops, leads, and implements strategies to cultivate the CenTrio district energy portfolio nationwide through growth of existing systems, new projects, acquisitions, and Public-Private Partnerships.

Prior to joining CenTrio, Jim was President of Clearway Community Energy where he led the Company’s district energy, microgrid, and combined heat and power (CHP) business. Jim spent 5 years at NRG Energy as V. President of District Energy Operations & Asset Management. Career highlights include developing downtown district energy systems in Phoenix and Pittsburgh and CHP systems for the Tucson Convention Center and Arizona State University (ASU). Jim is a Registered Professional Engineer and was a member of the International District Energy Association Board of Directors for 10 years, including a term as Chairman. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his Master of Business Administration and Finance from Arizona State University.

STEVE MARTINS

Chief Operating Officer

Steve brings over 25 years of district energy operations experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer. He is a strategic, passionate leader focused on delivering and maintaining operational excellence across CenTrio’s critical infrastructure assets. He leverages his expertise in design-build-finance-operate-maintain concessions to deliver complex projects with institutions such as Syracuse University and Louisiana State University from the design-build phase through commissioning and operations.

Steve has been an integral leader in refining concession business models at CenTrio – developing, testing, and adjusting components to produce best client outcomes. These efforts have led to multiple contract extensions through year 2050. His background demonstrates high-impact contributions in areas such as business process improvement, Smart Grid applications, and change management. Prior to joining CenTrio, Steve served as Chief Information Officer of Generation Trading and Transmission at Entergy. Steve also leads CenTrio’s Safety and Emergency Preparedness program and is an active member of the International District Energy Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

SANTANU KHAN

Senior Vice President, Investment & Financial Advisory

As a globally recognized energy industry leader, Santanu brings 20 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Investments and Financial Advisory. His dynamic background in strategic planning, corporate development, energy infrastructure investments, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), & public-private partnerships (P3s) informs his record of success in driving profitability, identifying competitive advantages, & finance structuring for infrastructure & renewables projects.
Santanu’s accomplishments include landmark, comprehensive energy management concessions, P3s, & energy infrastructure projects totaling over 4.5 billion dollars. These projects are with revered institutions such as the Universities of Eastern Michigan, Georgetown, Ohio State, Iowa, & Louisiana State, along with Howard University & the Longwood Medical Center in Boston which serves six Harvard-affiliated hospitals. Santanu works closely with the CenTrio Board of Directors to execute deal structuring, capital sourcing, project financing, and investment underwriting. Prior to joining CenTrio, he held senior executive roles at leading global independent power producers and utility companies, including ENGIE and Drax Group. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Duke University.

As Sr. Vice President of Business Development, Deena leads all national business development and sales organization. Deena is responsible for growing and strengthening CenTrio’s district energy portfolio, cultivating long-term customer partnerships and advancing sustainable, resilient energy solutions for complex urban, institutional, and commercial developments across the country.

With 25+ years of experience in the energy and technology sectors, Deena brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, project development, financial structuring, and portfolio growth. Her career spans executive leadership roles at NextEra Energy, ENGIE, and NRG Energy, where she drove profitable growth, market expansion, and innovative energy solutions in highly regulated and competitive markets. Known for her ability to align customer objectives with operational and financial strategies, Deena consistently delivers value through long-term, relationship-focused partnerships. Deena is deeply committed to community service, holding leadership and board roles with organizations including HOPE International and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M.

Senior Vice President, Concessions

Nate Prior brings 20+ years of higher education and healthcare campus energy leadership experience to his role as Sr. Vice President of Concessions. Nate leads the strategy, development, and operation of large-scale, long-term, energy and utility infrastructure modernization projects, business agreements, and operations teams. He oversees CenTrio plants and services at Syracuse University (SU) and Eastern Michigan University, including project lifecycle management, energy policy compliance, performance metrics, and alignment of partnership goals.
Prior to joining CenTrio, Nate devoted 23 years to SU, where he served as Director of Energy Systems & Sustainability Management. Responsibilities included campus plant and building operations and maintenance, energy supply & demand, procurement, sustainability strategies, and plans for infrastructure modernization, energy efficiency, and climate neutrality. Nate earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Master of Business Administration from SU. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, reflecting his advanced skills in sustainable building practices and resource conservation.

JIM RILEY

Senior Vice President, Engineering & Construction

Jim brings 40+ years of success in utility and energy operations and organizational management to his role as Sr. Vice President of Engineering & Construction. He bridges the CenTrio executive vision with daily execution standards of complex district energy infrastructure improvement projects, providing a keen focus on timeline adherence, safety, cost controls, innovation, and maintaining positive partnerships with all stakeholders. Mr. Riley is known for his ability to lead, mentor, and scale engineering and construction teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Prior to joining CenTrio in 2022, Jim spent 20 years as Exec. Director of Utilities & Energy Services at Texas A&M University. Jim managed $92 million in annual cost recovery, including capital investment, project management, and O&M budgeting, all while maintaining utility rates and efficiency better than industry standards. He completed extensive utility and energy master planning and implemented $250 million in capital improvements while serving over 30 million GSF of campus demand reliably and efficiently. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from Texas A&M and is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers.
